Are certificates included?

Yes. Wumbox Pro includes certificates of participation for the trainings.

Yes. If you take the yearly subscription, you have 7 days to cancel it and request a refund. The subscription renews automatically every year and you can cancel it before the renewal from Menu > My Subscription.
